Returns & Refunds policy

At DermaCiel, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We stand behind the quality and performance of our skincare products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products purchased as part of a promotional bundle must be returned as a complete set.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Items marked as “final sale”

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Products showing visible signs of use or tampering

Refund Process

If your return meets the eligibility criteria:

  1. Contact us at support@dermacielcare.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or full refund.
